I will file my case at international criminal court of justice

"Where justice is denied, where poverty is enforced, where ignorance prevails, and where any one class is made to feel that society is an organized conspiracy to oppress, rob and degrade them, neither persons nor property will be safe".

According to reactions from the general public,  the above is a true reflection of the present day Nigeria and Perhaps,  one of the shortcomings of this current federal administration is victimization .

A senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,  senator Dino Melaye of the ruling All progressive congress (APC) who was recently released from detention has finally resolved to file his case at the international criminal court of justice for reasons of injustice which was inflicted upon him over the past few weeks.

If we recall quite well, he was arrested by the Nigerian immigration service and detained in prison not minding his deteriorating health status.  Melaye was arrested upon the allegations that he supplied weapons to murder suspect who later implicated him as their sponsors..

While under arrest, the senator jumped out of the moving policE van during which process he sustained injures and took Ill to the point that he attended trial with the aid of stretchers

However, the Senate was in a rowdy session when the senator came into the house and requested for a change of seat. The aggrieved senator later said
" I'm back on my feet and now hail
And hearthy and I will seek justice                 from the international criminal
                       court of justice "
